Transnational Teacher Training
The Teacher Training and Pilot Implementation ensures the effective adoption of the ENLACED methodology and resources across partner institutions through structured professional development.
The training activities are planned to build capacity among foreign language teachers to apply the ENLACED approach and utilize the digital resources in their teaching practice. Through a cascading model of training, educators first participate in an intensive transnational workshop, then transfer this knowledge to colleagues through intra-institutional sessions.
Transnational Teacher Training Workshop in Cyprus
From January 20–22, 2026, an intensive Transnational Teacher Training Workshop, combined with the Third Partner Meeting, took place in Nicosia, Cyprus. During the event, educators from all partner institutions tested the digital breakout challenges, demonstrating how students can develop both advanced English skills and democratic competences.
The accompanying discussions provided valuable insights used to refine the educational materials. Analysis was also dedicated to exploring the digital platform, where participants evaluated the interface and provided constructive feedback to enhance user-friendliness for teachers and students. Additionally, the agenda included planning future training workshops, outlining student pilots for the challenges, and reviewing progress on digital resources, dissemination, and quality assurance.
Contributions from all partners made the event successful and improved the project framework through feedback and discussions.
